We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order, so if you need to return or exchange any items, we won’t charge you any restocking fees. Plus, if you’re located in the continental USA, we’ll even cover the cost of returning our products to us.

For items to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be in their original condition. This means apparel must still have its tags attached, and all other products should be unused and in their original packaging. As long as these conditions are met, we’ll make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you.

If you’re encountering an issue with a product, we stand by the quality of our gear. Every pair of Blenders sunglasses comes with a 1-year limited warranty, covering any manufacturing defects from the original purchase date. So if you notice a flaw in the lenses or a problem with the frame, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to fix the issue. However, please note that our warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or damaged sunglasses—like when they get sat on (we know it happens!).

For our snow gear, such as goggles and helmets, we offer a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and manufacturing. If your snow product gets damaged and falls under the warranty, reach out to us through email at champions@blenderseyewear.com or submit a warranty claim, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Additionally, for those who purchased our “Mystery Pairs,” please be aware that these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We understand the excitement of receiving a surprise, and while we can’t reveal the exact design, color, or shape of the sunglasses you’ll get, we can assure you that they’ve been carefully selected to fit various face shapes and sizes.
